Registrants with special needs (Brazilian Professionals, Foreigner Professionals, and Foreigner Students) have a 50% discount on the registration fee, until September 30, 2017. Prove the special need will be required at the event reception. There will not have presentations in any Sign Language.
Registrations can be paid by bank transfer, PayPal, and Credit Card.
For the bank deposit or transfer between accounts, payment receipt must be attached in the registration system. The bank details are as follows:

There will be no registration at the event venue.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND OF REGISTRATION
Any event cancellation must be notified in writing to the Executive Committee of the JBI2017 CoA (jbi.br@usp.br), according to the following:
1. Refund of 80% of the amount paid: when the withdrawal is justified by the non-acceptance of the submitted abstract.
- Cancellations must be notified in writing by September 29th, 2017.
2. Refund of 50% of the amount paid: when there is withdrawal without justification.
- Cancellations must be notified in writing by September 29th, 2017.
3. Refund of 80% of the amount paid: when the withdrawal is justified by health reason proven by Medical Certificate.
- Cancellations must be notified in writing by November 10th, 2017.
4. Refund of 100% of the amount paid in duplicate: when there is proof of double payment of the registration fee.
- No time limit for requesting a refund.
